Peter and his family are now here and taking the opportunity to settle in to the Vicarage and begin to find their way around the village. We welcome them and pray that they will soon feel at home.

Congratulations to three members of our congregation who attended a Buckingham Palace Garden Party,on 9th July , celebrating their long service for the Red Cross. Mrs. Jean Fellowes-Prynne has served 50 years, her husband Rundle, 45 years and Mrs. Beryl McNeil 35 years. They represented the Ponteland Branch of the Red Cross, which is active in the village, fund-raising and collecting unwanted items on a weekly basis at the Memorial Hall every Thursday between 2 and 3.30p.m.
